Born and raised in Morgantown, Pennsylvania, Janelle graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. Shortly after graduation, she relocated to Morgantown, West Virginia, where she spent two years working for a strategic marketing and design firm. During that time, she developed a strong foundation in branding and visual communications, creating logos, brochures, booklets, advertising campaigns, and a wide range of custom marketing materials for clients across multiple industries.

In 2016, Janelle joined Black Diamond Realty with a vision of elevating the company’s marketing presence through high-quality, customized design and innovative branding strategies. In 2018, she moved back to Southeastern Pennsylvania, where she continues to work remotely as an integral part of the Black Diamond team.

As Senior Designer and Marketing Coordinator, Janelle has played a key role in shaping the company’s brand identity and marketing platform. Over the course of her career with Black Diamond Realty, she has created custom marketing packages for more than 650 commercial properties, in addition to producing mail campaigns, market surveys, company promotional materials, digital advertising, presentations, signage, and branded collateral. She also spearheaded the complete redesign of the company’s website, helping modernize the user experience and strengthen Black Diamond’s online presence.

With more than a decade at Black Diamond Realty, Janelle is known for her creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to producing polished, professional marketing materials. She consistently collaborates with team members on specialized projects and takes pride in delivering custom solutions that enhance the company’s marketing capabilities and support its continued growth.
