While earning her degree in Graphic Design from Shepherd University, Andrea worked as a designer for an event planning student board at Shepherd. She developed a visual consistency between design work and social media marketing while on the board. Andrea also has managed her personal photography business for five+ years, which began when she was sixteen. Andrea enjoys coordinating both her talents of design and photography when working with clients; such as creating digital/ print design and photographing social media content. She has created award winning designs such as a logo redesign for a local radio station in Shepherdstown, West Virginia titled WSHC. Andrea has worked on multiple platforms during her time freelancing, such as creating illustration designs and advertisement for events . After graduating within three years and attending an internship in Alexandria VA, Andrea returned from the eastern panhandle back to her hometown, Bridgeport, WV.

Equipped with multiple degrees, Morgantown native Mark J. Nesselroad has based his career in West Virginia and worked on projects in several states, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, and South Carolina. From his time as an attorney with Steptoe & Johnson PLLC to his current position as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Glenmark Holding LLC, Nesselroad has been involved with, and represented clients in, numerous acquisition and sale transactions, totaling more than $255 million in financing, $23 million in acquisitions, $100 million in sales, and an endless number of leases. Additionally, Nesselroad has overseen Black Diamond Realty’s transactions from the perspective of the company’s founding and is a currently licensed broker.
In addition, Nesselroad has represented landlords in more than two hundred lease transactions from ground leases to stand-alone buildings, multi-tenant shopping and power centers, business and industrial parks, high-rise class A office buildings, and everything in between. Nesselroad’s wealth of knowledge and experience with sales and leases of land and buildings in multiple states, counties, and communities, in addition to the legal specifications that go along with each, give clients of Black Diamond Realty the advantage they need in achieving their investment and leasing goals in the local and regional markets.
Active in civic and charitable pursuits, Mr. Nesselroad is the Treasurer of Morgantown High School Foundation, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to fostering and enhancing the academic opportunities for MHS students and faculty), a member of the Morgantown Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a member of the Morgantown Area Economic Partnership Board of Directors, and member of Morgantown’s 2013 Comprehensive Plan Update Steering Committee and Joint Vision Group.

David Lorenze was born and raised in Morgantown. He then attended Virginia Tech University where he graduated with honors. David earned two degrees during his time in Blacksburg; a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Urban Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in entrepreneurship. David’s educational background at Virginia Tech, including land planning, city government/urban affairs and business entrepreneurship, laid a strong foundation for his work in commercial real estate.
As a leader of Black Diamond Realty LLC, David continues the strong reputation he earned during his tenure at Petroplus Lane LLC. As Principal Agent, he brings experience and expertise in a myriad of commercial real estate sectors, including lease and sale transactions in areas such as industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, office, retail, hotels, restaurants, multi-family, student housing and land for development, in both local and regional markets. He has completed over $55,000,000 in sale and lease transactions during his brokerage career.
As a partner in seven commercial real estate investment companies, David brings his clients first-hand knowledge of the management of real estate investments. This expertise is another way that he supports his clients and their real estate goals. By understanding and modeling successful practices in various venues of the real estate arena, David utilizes his in-depth knowledge and experience to ensure his clients’ success.
Within his community, David serves on the Board of Directors for Monongalia County’s Economic Development Authority. He also participates as a volunteer board member for Empty Bowls Monongalia and serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties. His previous affiliations include Main Street Morgantown’s Economic Restructuring Committee and Generation Morgantown.

Murphy Holloway began his career as an associate with Black Diamond Realty in June of 2014. As a West Virginia native, Holloway’s passion is assisting clients in meeting their real estate goals and seeing his home state and the surrounding region thrive. During his time with Black Diamond Realty, Holloway has represented property owners and buyers, as well as landlords and tenants while working to close numerous lease, sale, purchase, and development transactions throughout the state.
Holloway received degrees in finance and entrepreneurship from Elon University. While attending Elon, he was active in the Alamance County Special Olympics, the Alamance County Muscular Dystrophy Association, and served on his fraternity’s executive board, Additionally, Holloway served as a summer intern under Black Diamond’s Principal, David Lorenze, during Lorenze’s tenure at Petroplus Lane LLC. As an intern, he was exposed to the nuances of several sectors of commercial real estate. Further, Holloway is well-versed in public policy’s effects on West Virginia’s business climate through an internship with the Public Policy Foundation of West Virginia.
Using his real estate, finance, entrepreneurial, and public policy background, Mr. Holloway seeks to assist clients in making sound decisions. With his dedicated and personalized approach, Holloway personifies Black Diamond’s teamwork approach to ensuring the success of its clients and community. Holloway is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.

Jeffrey T. Stenger is a licensed commercial real estate associate in Morgantown, West Virginia. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications at the University of Maryland and his real estate license through the West Virginia Real Estate Commission. As a Morgantown native who attended school and worked in the Washington metropolitan area, Jeff brings a unique perspective to the team.
Throughout his years of working with corporate insurance companies and in the area of hospitality management, Jeff learned the critical details of restaurant operations, customer service, and record keeping procedures. Today, Jeff applies those same skills in his role as a Commercial Real Estate Associate at Black Diamond Realty, where he leases and sells office space, industrial warehouse locations, retail locations, and businesses, in addition to initiating lease negotiations and land transactions.
During his years in real estate, Jeff has helped a variety of clients buy, sell, and lease properties throughout the area. From 400 sq ft office suites to 35,000 sq ft multi-million dollar transactions, Jeff enjoys supporting his clients, property owners, and developers in their successes. He most enjoys the versatility of his daily work and continuing to evolve with the ever-changing commercial real estate market. He takes pride in forming relationships with his growing base of clientele, and in seeing businesses grow and flourish in north central West Virginia and the surrounding area.

Chris Waters brings his passion and enthusiasm for commercial real estate to work with him every day. A lifelong resident of West Virginia with over 20 years in the Morgantown area, Chris understands the changing landscape in the area’s industries and how the population provides regional business owners, corporate companies, and property investors unique opportunities and challenges.
After earning dual degrees in Marketing and Management from WVU’s College of Business and Economics, Chris stayed in Morgantown as a young entrepreneur. His past experience in sales, professional photography, content creation and editing, internet advertising, marketing, and small business ownership, led him to his career in commercial real estate.
He understands the marketing needs of buying, selling, and leasing property while managing the process. Chris looks forward to building relationships by sharing and utilizing his knowledge in a responsive, timely, and straight forward manner with clients.
Chris has worked with small business owners to “‘right-size” them into their first office space, as well as with sophisticated developers to help bring ideas to fruition. He understands that each client has individual goals, just as each property is unique in its own way.

Early in his career, Jeff’s passion for real estate influenced his decision to pursue and obtain a WV real estate license. With a family steeped in the real estate and real estate appraisal business, Jeff has been actively involved in real estate development, sales, and investment on a parallel path with his roles in the energy field and engineering services business. He currently holds a real estate investment portfolio that includes properties in the Morgantown and Fairmont areas. Jeff’s wealth of knowledge and experience provides a unique value-added service to clients ranging from the investor just entering the real estate market to the savvy real estate investor who desires to expand, modify, or divest.
Jeff worked in the natural gas and energy industry for 16 years and has extensive experience in many areas of the business, including gas measurement, field operations, engineering, marketing, and senior management. As Manager of Engineering, he was responsible for the areas of engineering, environmental, corrosion, wells, pipelines, gas measurement, surveying, and lease and rights of way. He then worked over 20 years as a project manager and most recently as managing director for an engineering and architectural firm. Jeff has been directly responsible for over $450 million worth of projects ranging from $30 thousand to $30 million. He was responsible for much of the marketing and sales functions of the various positions he has held and served as the lead in numerous contract negotiations.
Jeff and his wife Barbara reside in Fairmont, where they have always lived. They are blessed to have their three children and seven grandchildren all living in the Fairmont area as well. Jeff is an avid golfer and enjoys fishing and snow skiing as hobbies, and of course, spending time with the grandchildren.
Within his community, Jeff has been responsible for the project planning, acquisition, financing, and development of two separate churches having congregational seating capacities of 600 and 1000. He serves on the Deacon Board, teaches a men’s bible study and prayer group, serves in the early childhood ministry, and leads the security and capital improvement efforts at his church. Jeff has played a key role in spearheading the engineering and design of the new North Appalachian Teen Challenge Ministry’s addiction treatment center located in Clarksburg, WV. He has also served in an advisory capacity to the Ministry’s Director. Jeff also serves as the Chairman of the Fairmont Building Commission.

Originally from Morgantown, Pennsylvania, Janelle graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where she earned her degree in Graphic Design and Advertising. After graduating, she made the move to Morgantown, West Virginia where she worked for a strategic marketing and design firm. During her time there, she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience designing logos, booklets, brochures and more. Janelle’s attention to detail and drive to produce quality design has helped increase the marketing abilities of Black Diamond Realty.
