This month’s newsletter reflects upon this past year’s successes and challenges. One of Black Diamond Realty’s biggest achievements was adding a critical team member. Andrea Cooper joined our team in July and serves as a Junior Designer and Office Manager. Janelle Zeoli (Sr. Designer) and Andrea are our organizational glue. They are a dynamic team and play a critical part in each project’s marketing presentation and exposure process. Their efforts, paired with our team’s hard work and clients’ confidence and trusted referrals, helped to make 2019 another banner year for Black Diamond.
Investment sales were another 2019 win. Black Diamond Realty earned opportunities, aggressively and proactively marketed each asset, and capitalized on achieving credibility in completing several high-profile investment sales. Income-producing assets (investment sales) will be a growth focus in the coming year.
On a family note, we are ecstatic to congratulate Janelle and her husband Jeff on their first child. Sophia Grace is blessed with two tremendous parents. Our team member, Chris Waters, and his wife, Cassie, will have a similar experience within the next couple months. Congrats to all!
