Sometimes, the most important work happens when we step away from our desks. This year, the Black Diamond Realty retreat was held at the beautiful island of Curaçao. This retreat wasn’t just about getting out of the office, it was about coming together, slowing down, and remembering why we do what we do. But it wasn’t all fun and sun. We rolled up our sleeves, challenged each other, and collaborated in ways that pushed us forward. This team showed up — with ideas, with heart, and with a shared commitment to doing great work together. Because behind every success is hard work. And behind that hard work is a team that trusts each other, supports each other, and moves forward together.
