Anna Carrier

Licensed as a commercial real estate associate in both West Virginia and Pennsylvania, Anna Carrier joined Black Diamond Realty in 2022 to follow her calling to commercial real estate. Her recent transactions include the sale of an 11,000 sq ft industrial facility in the Eastern Panhandle of WV and multiple industrial leases throughout north central West Virginia.  She received her BS, MBA, and JD from West Virginia University. Anna has owned multiple businesses over the last 15 years where she has laid a strong foundation in business and community development.

Prior to joining the Black Diamond team, Anna was Vice President for the Morgantown Area Partnership, where she focused on client development and retention.  Her strong relationships with such a wide variety of business owners statewide brings a valuable voice to any transaction.  Additionally, as a professor in the WVU Chambers College of Business and Economics and former Community Business Program Lead for the WVU Encova Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, she has worked alongside and mentored entrepreneurs with all aspects of business planning, growth, and expansion as well as participated in the development of the West Virginia Entrepreneurship Ecosystem.
