Kate Kimm

Kate Kimm is the Executive Assistant to David Lorenze and Client Services Coordinator at Black Diamond Realty, based in the Morgantown, WV headquarters. With a Bachelor’s in Business (2016) and a Master’s in Business (2019) from California University of Pennsylvania, she brings a strong background in business operations, client relations, and strategic growth. Kate plays a key role in ensuring seamless client experiences and supporting the firm’s executive leadership.

In addition to her work at Black Diamond Realty, Kate is a dedicated entrepreneur, running a successful residential real estate business where she helps clients navigate the buying, selling, and leasing process. She is also actively involved in philanthropy and community engagement, serving as a member of Inspired Women Paying It Forward – Fayette-Southwest, PA Chapter, where she contributes to initiatives that create meaningful change.

Kate is deeply passionate about health and wellness, holding a CrossFit Level One certification. She spends much of her free time in the gym—coaching classes, mentoring individuals on nutrition, and educating others about the importance of movement and how it impacts overall well-being. Her dedication to fitness mirrors her approach to both business and life—focused, disciplined, and committed to continuous growth.

Outside of work and the gym, Kate is a lifelong sports fan, with a special passion for football. As a devoted WVU football supporter, she enjoys the excitement of game days and the camaraderie that comes with cheering on the Mountaineers. Whether in business, fitness, or community service, Kate brings enthusiasm, leadership, and a commitment to excellence in everything she does.
