Mon Power and Potomac Edison seek approval for $2.84 billion gas and solar project in West Virginia
Monongahela Power Co. and The Potomac Edison Co. have asked the Public Service Commission of West Virginia for approval to build a $2.84 billion, 1,200-megawatt natural gas plant and three solar facilities at the existing Fort Martin Power Station.
