Morgantown.\u00a0 Since the initial ground breaking in October, 2011,\u00a0progress on the four-story structure has progressed at a rapid pace.\u00a0 Workers are currently completing the wood and stone siding on the exterior.\u00a0 Meanwhile, other crew-members are hard at work on the interior of the building.<\/p>\n<p><a
