Nesselroad\u2019s responsibilities will include oversight of the company\u2019s legal affairs and corporate strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Mark received his B.A. in Economics from Davidson College and his J.D. from West Virginia University.\u00a0 Prior to joining Glenmark Holding, Mark was a lawyer with Steptoe-Johnson, PLLC in Morgantown, WV where he focused his practice in the areas of real estate, commercial transactions, and business organizations.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Nesselroad is the Treasurer of Morgantown High School Foundation, Inc. and is also a member of Morgantown\u2019s Comprehensive Plan Update Steering Committee and Joint Vision Group.\u00a0 In addition, he is actively working on completing his M.B.A. at West Virginia University.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2447 alignleft\" title=\"Mark R., Mark J. 10-19-11 (3)\" src=\"http:\/\/www.glenmarkholding.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/01\/Mark-R.-Mark-J.-10-19-11-3-275x395.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"275\" height=\"395\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-large wp-image-2449\" title=\"Ex.
