The four-story, 90-room hotel project, located at the Sterling Plaza in Sabraton, has benefitted from the unusally mild winter and early warm temperatures. Rio Grande has signed a lease with Glenmark Holding to open a new Mexican restaurant in the LaVale Shopping Plaza in Maryland. The projected opening date for the new restaurant is July 1, 2012. Rio Grande III is currently a tenant of Glenmark’s at the Sabraton Plaza in Morgantown.
The West Virginia University Eye Institute received a $70,000 gift from Glenmark Holding Limited Liability Company to advance glaucoma research.
